Our Philosophy
The name “SterioshTech” is build around two simple words: Steriosh and Technology Steriosh is actually gotten from the Greek word “στερεός” which is spelt “stereos”. As an adjective, it means to be firm and stable in shape; not liquid or fluid; dependable; reliable, solid, steadfast, sturdy, blocky, durable, fast.
The word technology is our preference for solutions that are digital in nature and futuristic in impact, with a focus on sustainability and social-economic empowerment.
Passion: Structured around people
Our intend is to find passion, and invest in passion: each member is carefully selected with a mindset to explore the depth of his/her creativity. Working with Steriosh isn’t trading your soul; it is finding your soul.
Trust: The team interactions are built around trust:
I trust my teammates to deliver on tasks that they agree to. I also would ensure I deliver on my task without trying to hide behind their successes. This way, independently and together, we are stronger.
