The SWEPR Project is a Student Talent Program that connects the brightest and most skilled students to remote and student-friendly real work experience on a semi-permanent basis.
Organizations also get to fill the talent gaps they have at minimal costs and ensure that the talents are ready for the work-environment as soon as they step out four the walls of their institutions.
